Delete the story in Super Mario Bro. Z...
...and you get this. Well, I say this is not very original, all these sounds and fighting effects have already been heard and seen in the work of Alvin-Earthworm. Still, this ain't bad and yes, it lacks sense but you might see it as a tribute. Or did you come up with the time-stop-and-wusch-wusch-noise-for-s pecial-counter-nd/or-attack-effects by yourselves? : P
Anyway, nice but nothing special. Next time try it with own characters or a diferent serie.
PS.: A very nice intro. Gets an extra star.

Impressive how you combined the new stuff (high-res and 3D) into your sweet 2D melee world. This episode is an perfect example on how to improve his own skill. Well done, might, well done. I can't await the next episode!

Nice. And I did not try difficult yet.
Despite the quite primitive art style, the music and mood of the game caught me immediately! Taking care of everything to survive, watch out for enough guards, food, shelter... Well, on easy I survive with a lot of soldiers, cleared out the first evil graveyard and am producing more than enough food for my not more than 50 survivors. Decent, can't wait for a second part.
Surprising and good: Fullscreen ingame! I was shocked and then happy to have a nice overview!

I did not thought you really meant I only have ONE chance! I feel like, well, bad. I let a world die because I did not concentrate on saving the world. First I did the working. Then I skipped it, banged a chick and returned home, wife dead. Then I took my daughter to the park, only to bury her next. And now I am sitting in the lab, dead.
I had not only one chance to save the world, there was just one way to do so: Focusing on it. Yet why didn't I focus on it earlier? To achieve the goal?
Your game makes me think somewhat hard. It is a good game. But, even with the knowledge of how to cure what I have created, COULD there have been another way else then the just working on it one? Or could have SOMEONE ELSE saved the world? All questions maybe leading to one idea: JUST DO IT YOURSELF!
I still feel deeply touched, and that is more worth than fancy graphics, music and character design. Though I haven't played Heavy Rain yet.
I smell Portal...
...but it isnt Portal. The creepy atmosphere, the creepy face-thing, the creepy thing sticked to your head (and somehow it was gone) and the creepy music... I felt very comfortable with this game! I only slept one very annoying stage, I got the rest rather quick. The last stage was quite confusing and easy, the end kinda predictable but still a good feeling as I could escape the box... damn, that makes me wonder how the first steven was created...
Last but not last, one of a few marvelous great games.
